Shoulder mobility, stability, arm bars, hard rolling

10 minutes of Get-ups (10 kg)

2 rounds
15 TRX Y deltoid Fly
15 TRX tricep extensions
15 TRX bicep curls
10 TRX pikes
5 push-ups with one hand on medicine ball L/R
5 BUP L/R (8 kg)

3 rounds
5 bicep curls (20 lb straight bar)
5 upright rows (20 lb straight bar)
TRX suspended side plank (30 sec L/R)

I wanted to ride the spinner tonight but there is still too much swelling in my knee. Fortunately, my knee did not hurt during the get-ups. Still pumping the Advil.
