10 Suitcase deadlifts (2 x 16 kg)
5 Double presses (2 x 10 kg)
5 Double snatches (2 x 10 kg)
10 TRX Atomic push-ups

3 rounds
20 Two handed swings (16 kg)
5 Jerks L/R (16 kg)
5 Goblet squats (12 kg)

2 rounds
5 Rocket planks on stability ball L/R
TRX plank on medicine ball (30 sec)
