Active Release Technique #4

Tens with heating pad

The doctor spent a little bit of time using ART but a lot of time doing Graston. Graston on the knee, quad, hamstring, and calf. Ouch!

I told the doctor that my knee did great during the two day hikes in Georgia! The best thing though was that my knee did not get stiff during or after the hikes.

Even though I have not made ANY progress on the FMS deep squat test, I am moving better than ever! It’s very exciting!
