Shoulder mobility, stability, hard rolling, arm bars, rib pulls

16 Kg C&P Ladder (1 to 3)
The cleans on the left side were not tight tonight.
I had to put the bell down during the 2nd rung.

10 Rounds
10 Alternating swings (16 kg)
Push ups (ladder down from 10 for a total of 55)

Ladder 1 to 4 (12 kg)
Swing
Snatch (when I drop the bell with my left hand I tend to get lazy with the backswing)
Press
Windmill

Modified bird dog – 3 x 5
