10 min of Get-ups (8 kg). I used a lighter bell because I wanted to focus on my hand position and trying to get a higher bridge.

20 Swings (16 kg)
5 Push-presses L/R (16 kg)

3 rounds
5 Single leg DL L/R (12 kg)
5 Snatches L/R (12 kg)
5 Renegade rows L/R (12 kg)
