Knee friendly workout

The knee is still stiff but less painful. I took some Advil at lunch time to help with the swelling.

The goal tonight was to get moving again. It felt good to do a long warm up tonight.

Warm up
Shoulder mobility, stability, hard rolling, arm bars
“Strength by Sara” warm up
Leg swings, 5 presses L/R (10 kg), 10 Frog jumps, 10 DL (16 kg)

3 rounds: 5 SLDL L/R (12 kg), 5 kneeling presses L/R (12 kg), 10 push-ups

3 rounds: 10 renegade rows (2×12 kg), 10 RDL (40 lbs), 1 push press L/R (16 kg)

Foam rolling on glutes, IT band, quads, hip flexors

My starting weight this year is 122.6 lbs. I gained 2.6 lbs over the holidays – not too bad considering I spent so much time in the car.
