Shoulder mobility, stability, hard rolling, arm bars
SBS warm up

3 rounds of chain (12 kg): swing, snatch, clean, press, windmill. 5 L/R each round.
3 rounds: 5 suitcase DL (2 x 16 kg), 5 jerks L/R (16 kg), 10 Spider push-ups
3 rounds: 5 snatches L/R (12 kg), 5 SLDL L/R (12kg), 10 tuck-ins on stability ball

12 kg snatches were very rusty. Foam rolling on glutes, IT band, quads, hip flexor. My weight today was 122.5 lbs.
