Shoulder mobility, stability, hard rolling, arm bars
Leg swings, knee circles, hip pendulums, wall squats with stability ball

4 rounds of chain workout (12 kg). 5 L/R each round. 2 min rest between rounds: swing, snatch, clean, press, windmill
3 rounds: 5 cleans L/R (16 kg), 5 renegade rows L/R (2 x 12 kg), 10 glute bridges on floor (20 lbs)

3 chin-ups
2 x 5 chin-ups with blue assistance band
