My nemesis is pressing the 16 kg bell! Argh!!!!

Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars

3 rounds: 20 swings, 10 TRX Atomic push-ups, 10 Snatches L/R (10 kg)

2 12 kg BUP – wobbly on both sides
3 x 5 16 kg C&P – always push press on left

3 rounds: 5 Suitcase DL (2 x 16 kg), 5 Snatches (12 kg), 20 glutes bridges (20 lbs)
