Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars

7 rounds: 20 sec work / 20 sec rest
Swings (2 x 12 kg)
C&P (2 x 10 kg)
Snatches (2 x 10 kg)
Suitcase DL (2 x 16 kg)

** On 6th and 7th round, I did alternating swings with 12 kg
