Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars
Leg swings, knee circles, hip flexor stretch

5 rounds: 20 swings (16 kg), 5 TRX Burpee followed by push-up L/R

2 C&P 12 kg

2 x 5 C&P 16 kg – Put the down bell between each set. For some reason, I sometimes get light headed when pressing on the left side.
