SBS Warm up
Leg swings, knee circles, hip flexor stretch
Hard rolling, arm bars

10 min of get-ups with 12 kg – these were tough tonight

5 min of SLDL with 8 kg using bench. Started to get pain in lower back near the end – next week don’t use any weight.

1 C&P 16 kg – strict press

My weight today was 120 lbs.
