I woke up with a sore neck and it was still sore tonight. So just taking it easy tonight.

Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars
Leg swings, knee circles, hip flexor stretch

3 rounds: 30 sec work, 30 sec rest
Suitcase DL (2 x 16 kg)
TRX Atomic push-ups
Row R (14 kg)
Row L (14 kg)
Squat thrusts
Glute bridges (20 lb bar)

3 rounds: 30 sec work, 30 sec rest
TRX Burpee L
TRX Burpee R
TRX rows
Woodchoppers L
Woodchopper R
TRX SLDL L
TRX SLDL R
