Double Kettlebell Complex Ladder

Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars
Leg swings, knee circles, hip flexor stretch
Ankle mobility

I adapted this workout from the fine folks at Rejuventation Kettlebell & Fitness as follows:

5 Rounds of Double Kettlebell Complex Ladder: 5,4,3,2,1
Suitcase DL (2 x 12 kg)
Swings (2 x 10 kg)
Cleans (2 x 10 kg)
Presses (2 x 10 kg)
30 sec planks

** I hate ladders – they are physically and mentally tough! But, next time I will up the weight.

Foam rolling on glutes, quads, hip flexor, IT band
2 x 5 Cook lifts
