Walk up stairs with kb in rack position (2 x 10 kg)
2 Pull-ups ( change grip each set)
Farmer walks down stairs (2 x 10 kg)
5 Snatches (12 kg)

Walk up stairs with kb in rack position (2 x 12 kg)
Farmer walks down stairs (2 x 12 kg)
10 RDL (40 lb)

3 rounds
5 SLDL (2 x 10 kg)
10 Renegade rows (2 x 12 kg)
10 Glute bridges (40 lbs)

2 x 5 Cook lifts
1 C&P 16 kg

Foam rolling on quads, IT band, hip flexors
