5 Back lunge with bell in rack pos (10 kg)
5 Snatches (12 kg)

** I haven’t done lunges in a long time so I used light weight and went very slowly – no knee pain **

5 Suitcase DL (2 x 16 kg)
5 Double C&P (2 x 12 kg)
