Spinning: Maximum Results

Before: leg swings, knee circles, foam rolling, ankle mobility

“Learn to suffer.” I did!

I was exhausted today but I am glad that I participated in the dishonor of aerobics. My right knee was a bit stiff at first but both knees felt fine during the standing climbs.
