Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars
Leg swings, knee circles, TRX hip fascial stretch, ankle mobility, TRX squats

3 x 5 C&P (16 kg) – these were tough today, had to put bell down several times during a set, remember to take a quick breathe after racking bell

6 rounds
Walk up stairs with kb in rack pos (2 x 12 kg)
5 Pull-ups with blue bands (change grip each round)
Farmer walks down stairs (2 x 12 kg)
10 TRX pikes

Going down the stairs was a little wobbly at the end. I think strengthening the glutes and working on ankle mobility has really helped with going down stairs.
