The bar has arrived!

I got home late so it was a quick workout tonight.

Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars
Leg swings, knee circles, TRX hip Fascial stretch, ankle mobility, TRX squats

3 rounds
5 Suitcase DL (2 x 16 kg)
20 Swings (16 kg)
5 Jerks (14 kg)

3 rounds
5 Snatches (12 kg)
10 Glute bridges (55 lbs)

1 x 5 @ 85 lbs
2 x 5 @ 105 lbs

My bar came tonight it and weighs 35 lb. I think it took more energy for me to actually load the bar then to deadlift the bar. Maybe there is a secret to loading the bar?
