Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars
Leg swings, knee circles, TRX hip Fascial stretch, ankle mobility, TRX squats

3 Rounds
5 Suitcase DL (2 x 16 kg)
20 Swings (16 kg)
5 Back lunges with kb in rack position L/R (8 kg)

Left knee cap was not tracking properly so used foam rolling to loosen up muscles – but still never felt right

3 Rounds (1 min rest between rounds)
5 SLDL L/R using bench for balance (8 kg)
Chain of swing, C&P, snatch on each side (14 kg)

Tough with 14 kg!

3 Rounds
Walk up stairs with kb in rack position (2 x 14 kg)
2 Pull-ups (switch grip each round)
Farmer walks down stairs (2 x 14 kg)

Legs started getting shaking on second round

Foam rolling on IT band, glutes, quads
