Spin & Slim

Before: Leg swings, knee circles, foam rolling, ankle mobility, 5 min of get-ups with 12 kg

I had a tough day at work today so it felt good to partake in the dishonor of aerobics. My left knee was tight until loop three. I guess I need to do some more foam rolling.

My weight today was 117.5 lbs.
