I was really tired tonight so everything was tough! My left knee cap has not been cooperating with me all day long – it popped out of place last night while I was lying in bed.

2 x 5 C&P (16 kg)

3 rounds
20 swings (16 kg)
10 TRX Atomic push-ups
5 Snatches L/R (12 kg)

3 rounds
20 swings (16 kg)
10 Renegade rows (2 x 12 kg)
5 Deadlifts @ 105 lbs (focused on engaging lats and taking all the slack out of the bar)
