Back off

I was pretty tired tonight but definitely wanted to move my body. My knees have been sore since last week so I wanted to take it easy – no more training in pain! My favorite phrase this year is “back off”.

Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, Bretzell 2.0
Leg swings, knee circles, kneeling hip fascial stretch, ankle mobility, TRX squats

3 rounds
5 TRX Burpee L/R followed by push-up
10 TRX low rows
10 TRX resisted torso rotation

3 x 5 Glutes bridges @ 105 lbs
3 x 5 wheel of pain
3 x 5 SLDL L/R @ 8 kg – holding bell with both hands and keeping it close to body
