Suitcase Deadlift form
Lock elbows
Corkscrew arms to engage lats
Initiate the lift with my glutes
Do not drop hips just before lifting
2 x 20 kg (44 lbs)
2 x 24 kg (53 lbs)

Used 12 kg holding onto bench for balance

Pull-ups, chin-ups
Hold top position – chest out, elbows in, keep shoulders down
Focus on negatives

Pull bell back using lats, moving too much during the hike
Practice doing 5 reps with 12, 14, 16 kg

My weight today was 116.0 lbs
