Leg swings, knee circles, kneeling hip fascial stretch, ankle mobility, TRX squats

6 rounds
5 one handed swings L/R (12 kg)
5 one handed swings L/R (14 kg)
5 one handed swings L/R (16 kg)

Focus on using the lats to pull bell back for hike
Rest after 3 rounds

C&P (14 kg)
5 L/R
Hike bell for each rep
Focus on using lats to pull bell back during hike

Deadlifts
5 @ 105 lbs
Corkscrew arms
Initiate lift with glutes
