Focus on using the lats to pull bell back for hike
Rest after 3 rounds

16 kg C&P
2 x 5
Hike bell each rep
Stay grounded during hike

Practice Deadlifting
5 @ 135 lbs
Focus on moving trunk as one unit
Do not move lumbar spine before lifting
