Leg swings, knee circles, ankle mobility, TRX squats

3 rounds
20 Swings (16 kg)
5 TRX Burpees followed by push-up L/R
5 Jerks L/R(14 kg)

3 rounds = 90
8 Snatches L/R (10 kg)
5 Snatches L/R (12 kg)
2 Snatches L/R (14 kg)

5 Snatches L/R (14 kg) = 100 total

3 Deadlifts @ 125 lbs
