Ankle mobility, leg swings, knee circles, TRX squats

3 rounds
10 swings (16 kg)
5 push-ups

5 x 5 @ 140 lbs Click here for video.  My overhand grip was pretty weak tonight.

My weight today was 116.9 lbs. We are trying “breaded” baked chicken from “Everyday Paleo”.
