Ankle mobility, leg swings, knee circles, TRX squats

My weight today was 115.6 lbs.

My food choices have been pretty good lately but I am probably eating too much fruit for the Paleo diet (banana, apple, and some melon each day).

I got my food from Steve’s Original: Paleo Kits and the Paleo Krunch is delicious!

    Hey watched some of your DL vids and this is totally nitpick and matter of opinion, but I would look more down rather then up. This allows your neck to stay in a neutral position. Essentially at the top of the deadlift you will be looking straight but since your torso is angled at the bottom you should be looking in front and slightly down

    ass is moving a little too quickly too…mine does it too, I call it the stripper deadlift

    Thanks for the feedback Jake. I have been trying to use Pavel’s deadlift technique in “Power to the People” – “your eyes should remain fixed on the ceiling”. Needless to say, my form is still a work in progress.
