3 Minute Snatch Test

Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars
Leg swings, knee circles, ankle mobility, TRX squats, kneeling hip flexor stretch

5 rounds
20 Swings (16 kg)
5 TRX Burpee L/R followed by push-up
5 Cleans L/R(14 kg)

3 minute snatch test
70 reps with 12 kg

When I first did a 3 minute test, I was working with a trainer once a week and I did 78 reps. So, I am pretty happy with 70 – especially since I haven’t been doing a lot of snatches lately.
