Shoulder mobility, hard rolling, arm bars, leg swings, knee circles, ankle mobility, TRX squats

5 TRX Single leg burpee + pushup L/R

3 rounds
20 Swings (16 kg)
10 TRX low rows
5 Jerks L/R (14 kg)

5 Deadlifts @ 125 lbs

My weight today was 119.7 lb – not too bad after being on vacation for 2 weeks.

Both knees are still a bit sore from hiking and then sitting in the car for long periods of times. I am going to ease back into training.

My first time making Civilized Caveman’s blackberry banana muffins. I used blueberries because I don’t have any blackberries.
