Deadlift Program 2 – restarted

My lower back has been bothering me for over a week. It is always sore when I wake up but once I am am vertical, my back does not bother me. Initially I took it easy and then after hiking on Saturday for 6.8 miles without any pain I decided to start exercising again.

I decided to just start the deadlift program at the beginning since I was only at week 2.

5 x 5 @ 125 lbs

I stretched my lower back before and after exercising.
