My weight today was 117.2 lbs. I guess I only lost 2-3 lbs due to food poisoning. I am not complaining because I am hoping that this episode is over.

I felt pretty good all day except for a slight stomach ache in the morning. I didn’t have much of an appetite but drank plenty of fluids throughout the day.

Breakfast – toast with peanut butter
Snack – Half bagel with light cream cheese
Lunch – Half a ham & cheese on wheat bread, pop chips
Dinner – brown rice, baked chicken, lima beans, skinny cow

Tonight I am only going to work on my C&P technique. It is interesting that when the bell switches to my left hand, my body sometimes forgets what to do.
