Paleo Day 15

Stroller jogging with my nephew first thing this morning. I was reminded today that I really do miss jogging. I just jogged a little bit and had fun.

I am still feeling good on Paleo but I definitely need to start watching my portion sizes. I ate way too much food this weekend!
