Paleo Day 16

I was so tired today so it was a quick workout tonight.

6 x 3 C&P (14 kg)
4 x 10 Wall squats with the stability ball (2 x 12 lbs)

Breakfast – banana
Snack – crunch, jerky
Lunch – grilled chicken salad
Snack- 1/2 apple, Larabar
Dinner – ground beef with peppers, onions
Dessert – paleo banana blueberry brownies

My weight today was 119.9 lbs!!! Yep, I ate way too much this weekend!
