7 AM Breakfast – 2 eggs, 3 slices of center cut bacon, sweet potatoes, 2 cups coffee

10:30 AM Slice of left over Paleo pizza. The crust doesn’t have very much taste and is very flimsy but I would try it again. Pizza just isn’t the same without cheese though.

11:30 AM Civilized Caveman Blueberry Banana Brownie for a snack.

1 PM Apple

5 PM Outback Teriyaki Filet (very salty), sweet potato, side salad. In hindsight, the filet is probably way too processed to be considered Paleo.

8 PM 3 Dark chocolate almonds

I spent part of the morning cleaning out my cupboards and getting rid of things with beans and chickpeas.

According to NutritionData my Body Mass Index (BMI) is 23.1. The website said: BMI is a standardized ratio of weight to height, and is often used as a general indicator of health. The “normal” BMI for an adult woman of your height is 18.5 to 24.9. This translates to a healthy weight range of 94 to 127 lbs.

NutritionData said that my daily calories burned is 2064 kcal.
