8 AM Breakfast – 2 eggs with peppers/onions/mushrooms/salsa, 3 slices of center cut bacon, 2 cup of coffee. According to NutritionData, the total calories is 323. 7% carbs, 68% fat, 25% protein. Since the onions/peppers/mushrooms were sauteed, it counted as 6g of fat.

12:28 PM 2 Strawberries and 1/4 cup of blueberries, roast chicken with curry & tomatoes. 247 calories, 12% carbs, 22% fat, 66% protein.

1:37 PM Paleo brownie with green tea

6 PM Dinner – Civilized Caveman’s Crockpot BBQ chicken, green beans, butternut squash. 14% carb, 45% fat, 41% protein.

Workout
11:15 AM 3 Rounds of Kettlebell Complex Training – A Vulgar Display of Metabolic Conditioning by Pat Flynn with 12 kg. I did not use any weight for the reverse lunges and did not have any knee pain.

Deadlift practice – 5 @ 125 lbs
