4 AM Breakfast – 2 eggs, hot salsa, 1/2 banana, coffee. 29% carb, 45% fat, 26% protein

6:30 AM – coffee

8:30 AM – tea, caveman crunch

11:43 AM Lunch – leftover crockpot chicken, grape tomatoes, red/green peppers, onions, cucumbers, apple (1/2 hour later), diet snapple ice tea. 27% carb, 40% fat, 33% protein

3:11 PM Snack – Larabar. 43% carb, 48% fat, 9% protein

6:30 PM Dinner – ground chicken, sweet potatoes with onions & peppers. 26% carb, 38% fat, 36% protein

Workout
3 x 5 C & Push Press (16 kg)
3 x 5 C & Jerk (16 kg)

3 rounds
Farmer walks up stairs (2 x 10 kg) – kb in rack position
10 Renegade rows (2 x 10 kg)
Farmer walks down the stairs (2 x 10 kg)

My weight today was 117.4 lbs.
