6:30 AM Coffee

8:25 AM Paleo crunch with tea

12 PM Lunch – leftover ground chicken with sweet potatoes, coffee

3:15 PM Snack – Larabar

Workout
Kettlebells for the Busy Professional:2 rounds of the furnace

6 PM Dinner – spaghetti squash with meatballs. 46% carb, 38% fat, 16% protein

My weight today was 117.1 lbs.
