4 AM Breakfast – 2 eggs, salsa, 1/2 banana, coffee
6:30 AM Coffee
7:48 AM Snack – paleo crunch, slim jim (I was really hungry this morning)
8:30 AM Tea
11:30 AM Lunch – grilled chicken with salad, coffee, apple
3:18 PM Snack – paleo brownie
5:31 PM Dinner – tandoori chicken, spaghetti squash, fruit
7:15 PM Snack – half a packet of stale trail mix (still hungry)

YEAH! I finally got “Paleo Comfort Foods” in the mail!

My weight today was 116.6 lbs.
