Stretched my back (downward dog, cobra)

Warm up: 3 rounds
10 Deadlifts (16 kg)
10 Swings (16 kg)
5 Push-ups

3 x 5 C&P (12 kg)
It felt good to press again even though the weight was light.

My back has felt really good since I got back from vacation. I just wanted to ease back into training tonight. I stretched my back before and after training (10 minutes while on my elbows). My IT band was pretty tight so I had to do some foam rolling after warming up.

My weight today was 116.7 lbs.
