5 Deadlifts @ 125 lbs

Walk up stairs with KB’s in rack position (2 x 10 kg)
5 Push-ups
Farmer walks down the stairs (2 x 10 kg)

Stretched back for 10 min

Paleo post-workout shake
1 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup of eggs whites, 4-5 strawberries, handful of blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 spoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of leftover old coffee, 1 packet of stevia, ice
