I am thankful for my Paleo friends and the trainers who have helped me get stronger!

I seasoned the turkey with Civilized Caveman’s BBQ chicken mixture. My sister brought a wonderful glazed ham. My side dishes were butternut squash, carrots, deviled eggs and green bean casserole. I was not at all tempted by the dinner rolls. Now, the squash pie was another matter – one piece with a scoop of ice cream. Yes, this IS my cheat meal for the week.

Spinning: Maximum Results
Both of my knees felt great – no tightness or pain. I haven’t had time to use the spinner since I started my training plan and my quads have felt a little neglected.
