Training Plan #1 – Deadlift Day

I bought 2 used 2.5 lbs plates so I was able to lift 90% ~ 165 lbs tonight. Click here for video.

I tried to squeeze my shoulder blades together but when watching the video I noticed my neck position came out the neutral position. My grip on the second round of dead lifts was really weak.

My weight today was 119.8 lbs.
