Blue assistance band for pull-ups

My presses have been pretty strong lately so I decided to increase the weight to 2 x 14 kg. I did not ladder down with double C&P but instead did 2 reps at each rung. I was really happy that I could complete both rounds!

Weight: 118.9 lbs
