Training Plan #1 – Deadlift Day

Well, my training plans for week #9 got shot out of the water due to my sick cat. Fortunately my cat is on the mend and life can get back to normal.

But, I did manage to get in 3 work outs this week. I did an abbreviated version of my deadlift plan tonight and only did one round of the heavy lifting. Click here for video. I almost lost my grip on the 3 rep.

Tomorrow we leave for two days of hiking!
