Training Plan # 2 – Deadlift Day

Warm up weight: 125 lbs
Heavy weight: 150 lbs

I am starting GTG for pull-ups tonight. My current bench mark is 2 – Click here for video. However, unlike the video I will be keeping my legs straight and crossing them.

My weight today was 117.4 lbs.
