Training Plan #2 – Pull-ups

I must be really tired because EVERYTHING felt tough tonight. My right wrist has been bothering me so I skipped the stars.

For pull-ups, I did singles on the first round and then I used the blue assistance band on the second round.

My weight today was 119.4 lbs.
