Testing the Waters

My right strained glute muscle has been healing quite nicely. I did not have any pain yesterday or today so I decided to test the waters and do a light workout. I did not feel any pain during any of the movements.

Foam rolling, shoulder mobility, hard rolling

10 dead lifts (16 kg)
2 x 10 snatches (8 kg)
3 x 5 push-ups
3 x 10 swings (16 kg)

5 minutes long cycle clean & jerk (12 kg) – switched hands every 5 reps

5 double presses (2 x 12 kg)
2 x 5 C&P (2 x 12 kg)
8 RDL with 35lb bar

Farmer walks (2 x 12 kg)

My weight today was 118.3 lbs
