“Kettlebell Express”

My left quad muscle was tight today so I spent a long time foam rolling and stretching before the workout.

Tonight I did 10 rounds of Day 2 of “The Foundation Workout” from “Kettlebell Express” by Geoff Neupert.

A1: 2 x 10 kg (quarter depth)
A2: 2 x 12 kg

Afterwards, I practiced double snatches with 2 x 10 kg.

The contractor started to lay down the ceramic tile today so we have been officially banned from the basement. Baxter is very upset about this. He is currently staring at the basement door trying to figure out how to get down there.
